Delivery Terms:
Eligibility for Delivery:
- Customers must be of legal age 21 years old to purchase hemp products in their jurisdiction as per local laws and regulations.
- Valid government-issued identification may be required for age verification upon delivery.
Delivery Locations:
We offer delivery to addresses within the United States. Delivery to areas outside this scope is not available.Â
Delivery Fees:
Shipping fees may apply based on the delivery destination and order value. Customers will be informed of any applicable fees during the checkout process.
Delivery Timeframes:
Estimated delivery times will be provided to customers at the time of order placement. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Delivery Address:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and complete delivery address during the order process. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses.
Delivery Tracking:
Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of their delivery. This allows for real-time updates on the status and location of the shipment.
Delivery Confirmation:
Orders are considered delivered and complete once the shipping carrier’s tracking system confirms successful delivery to the specified address.

Returns and Refunds Policy for Harvest Society

Returns and Refunds Prior to Shipping:
Prior to the shipment of your order, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. This cancellation must be requested before the order is dispatched.
Returns After Shipping:
Harvest Society does not offer refunds on orders once they have been shipped, except in cases where the product is damaged or faulty. In such instances, Harvest Society may, at its sole discretion, consider offering a replacement order.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
Our process includes photographing every order before it’s shipped. If you happen to receive the wrong product(s) or if the hemp flower is in poor condition, we may consider offering a replacement, but only after you provide sufficient photographic evidence. In cases where we confirm our error, we’ll arrange for a free replacement shipment. We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement will be offered based on the provided evidence.
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact Harvest Society promptly. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
Return of Packages:
It is important to note that under no circumstances should customers send packages back to us. Any packages returned to us will be refused and returned to the sender.
Policy Language:
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
